  1. BDIFF/BUPDATE is a set of 3 programs to be used for binary differential
  2. and updating utilities. This is another standard tool in Japan for
  3. program authors to version up their products.

  5. Diffiles keep Revision Control Systems inside. Diffiles know what
  6. versions to update and keep time stamps. Only the authorized users
  7. can update to the newest versions by receiving diff-files.
